The grey plastic plumbing pipes with copper joints from the mid 80's has proven itself to be unstable. This is because the combination of materials expand at different rates under temperature changes.

This electrical panel has been known to allow arcing within the panel and cause fires. Usually this is a result of the breakers not being seated correctly. The manufacture of these panels was discontinued some years ago.

Recommendation- replace as soon as possible.
